OUR GOAL HERE AT THE CHICKADEE HOCKEY LEAGUE IS TO OFFER A WELL-ORGANIZED, AFFORDABLE AND PASSIONATE HOCKEY LEAGUE EXPERIENCE IN THE STATE OF MAINE.
The Chickadee Hockey League is an adult hockey league that offers a professional atmosphere for players of all skill levels. Our league is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the sport, and we welcome players from all backgrounds to participate.
This tradition sparked the origin behind the league name as it's well known here in Maine: The Black Capped Chickadee is the official State Bird of Maine that holds very similar traits and values to us "Mainah's". Chickadees are well known to be extremely friendly birds that can also endure the harsh cold winters of Maine utilizing their ability to stay active, insulate and preserve. Traits that we both implement during the typical long Maine winters!
Our league offers a variety of features, including live scoring, in-game music, and up-to-date stats. We also allow players to contribute to the league by proposing rule changes and providing any input that will keep everyone happy. We believe that open communication is key to creating a positive experience for everyone involved in the league.
At the Chickadee Hockey League, we are committed to providing a fun, competitive, and diverse environment for adult hockey players. We are proud of the positive feedback we have received from players who have participated in our league, and we look forward to continuing to grow and improve.
