(15-30 minutes POWER SKATING W/Coach Harmon)

DSP Skating Clinic’s run under Coach Harmon are designed to assist the skaters in understanding how to get the most from their edges, gain power/speed from their stride, and gain a better understanding of balance when skating.

*Goalie specific drills W/ Coach Howe & CHL Coaches during this time*

Followed By:

(30-45 minute Skill Stations W/ Coach Harmon & CHL Coaches)

*(3-4) Age/Skill Appropriate Groups & Stations*
